I saw it!! It was okay...Too much like star wars though! Farm boy gets magical powers because its his destiny! Then becomes a hero...fights red haired guy who acts similar to Darth Vader (almost stole one of his lines even)...overall it was an okay movie! The cgi was pretty!

lol, i admit it was dissappointing as well (u ever read the book ellie? it's much better than the movie) anyhow they left out alot of stuff and it seemed rushed...
o and ellie.... he's not really a farm boy... he's murtaugh's brother... and his dad was morzon who was a dragon rider as well... and his mom left him there cause she didn't want him to be killed or turned evil by galbatorix

...okay he was living and working on a farm...hence farm boy! But yeah as the movie showed he became a dragon rider! I never read the book and probably never will! Silverstar has though!
